The Gourmet Divino selection
Freshness, minerality and grapes you rarely find outside Italy.
20 wines in the selection
Italy is not only about red wine. From the cool hills of the north-east to the volcanic soils of the south, the peninsula has hundreds of native white grapes — many of them grown in just a handful of villages.
Our selection includes fresh, aromatic whites made for an aperitivo, as well as structured wines aged on the lees or in wood that can carry a whole meal. Each comes from a family winery we know and chose for its identity, not its label.
Italian whites are usually served at 8–12 °C: cooler for young, aromatic wines, slightly warmer for aged ones. They pair with fish, seafood, seasonal vegetables and fresh cheeses.
