Frequently asked questions

Everything that might stop you before ordering, answered briefly and plainly.

❖
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs 30 lei, whatever the size of your order. The cost shows in the cart before you fill in your address, so there is no surprise at the end.
How long does delivery take?
Roughly 1–3 working days, depending on your town. Times depend on courier availability and delivery area, so they are estimates, not guarantees.
Do you deliver everywhere?
Yes, anywhere in Romania, by courier. Parcels leave from our logistics partner's warehouse, but we remain your only contractual partner: any problem with the order comes to us.
How can I pay?
By card online, through NETOPIA Payments – your card details never reach or get stored on our servers. Or cash on delivery, to the courier.
What is the SGR deposit on my invoice?
It is the packaging deposit under Romania's Deposit-Return System, 0,50 lei per bottle. It is not our charge and not an extra price: you get it back when you return the empty bottle to any collection point. It appears on a separate line, outside the VAT base.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, every displayed price includes VAT (21%). Only delivery and the SGR deposit are added at the end, both visible in the cart.
Can I return a bottle if I change my mind?
You have 14 days to change your mind, no reason needed. One exception set by law: unsealed bottles cannot be returned, for hygiene and health protection reasons. Full details are in the Return Policy.
Do I have to prove I am over 18?
Yes. We sell alcoholic drinks, and selling to minors is prohibited by law. You confirm your age at checkout, and the courier may ask for ID on delivery. If age cannot be proven, the parcel is not handed over.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, the invoice is issued electronically and sent to the email address used for the order, as a PDF. You can also order on behalf of a company – fill in the billing details at checkout.
Where do the wines come from?
From small and mid-sized Italian estates we work with directly. Every wine lists its producer, region and appellation on its page, so you know exactly what you are buying.
