Last updated: November 2026

1. Organiser

The “Black Friday 2026 – BF26 Balance” campaign (the “Campaign”) is organised by Gourmet DiVino S.R.L. (the “Organiser”), registered office in Bucharest, Sector 3, Șos. Mihai Bravu no. 255, floor S, unit MOD. S156, postal code 030302, Trade Register no. J2025023221003, tax ID 51551438, VAT code RO51551438. Contact: contact@gourmetdivino.com, +40 748 111 805.

The Campaign runs exclusively on gourmetdivino.com and is supplemented by the site's Terms and Conditions.

2. Duration

2.1. Orders that earn a balance are those placed during: 06.11.2026–15.11.2026 and 27.11.2026–30.11.2026 (Romanian time, start and end days included).

2.2. The accumulated balance can be used only between 01.12.2026 and 20.12.2026, 23:59 (Romanian time), inclusive. The balance cannot be used during the collecting periods in section 2.1. After 20.12.2026, any unused balance is cancelled, without compensation. Holders of an available balance are notified by email when the redemption period opens and before it expires.

3. Who can take part

Any individual aged 18 or over, or any legal entity, placing an order on the site during the Campaign, in compliance with the Terms and Conditions.

4. How the Campaign works

4.1. Eligible orders. An order earns a balance if it meets all of the following:

a) it is placed during one of the periods in section 2.1;
b) the value of the eligible wine in the order (section 4.2) exceeds 350.00 lei;
c) no discount code other than the personal BF26 code is applied (section 5.4);
d) it is confirmed: paid by card or, for cash on delivery, placed and not cancelled.

There is no minimum number of bottles and no requirement to buy bottles in any particular multiple: the benefit depends solely on the value of the wine in the order.

The balance granted for an eligible order is first earned balance: recorded on the personal code, but not yet usable. It becomes available balance, which can be used, only once payment and delivery of the order are confirmed, as set out in section 5.2.

4.2. Eligible wine and value taken into account. All wines in the site's catalogue are eligible, in any format (magnums included) and in any number of bottles. Only the value of the wine actually paid is taken into account, VAT included. Shipping, the SGR deposit and other products (e.g. gourmet food) are excluded, although they can be bought in the same order. Each order is calculated separately; the values of several orders are not added together.

4.3. Amount granted. For each 350.00 lei threshold exceeded within the same order, 70.00 lei is added to the balance:

Value of wine in the orderBalance granted
over 350.00 lei70.00 lei
over 700.00 lei140.00 lei
over 1,050.00 lei210.00 lei

and so on. An order of exactly 350.00 lei does not exceed the threshold.

4.4. Orders paid from the balance. Since the balance can only be used after the periods in section 2.1 have ended (section 2.2), orders paid with BF26 balance do not earn a new balance.

5. Personal code and balance

5.1. After the first eligible order, the customer receives a personal code in the form BF26-XXXX-XXXX at the email address used for the order. Every subsequent eligible order placed with the same email address adds the corresponding amount to the balance of the same code.

5.2. Activation. The balance earned by an order becomes usable after payment and delivery are confirmed, not when the order is placed. For cash-on-delivery orders, it becomes usable once delivery and payment collection are confirmed. For orders collected from the warehouse, it becomes usable once collection and payment are actually confirmed. A balance activated before 01.12.2026 can be used from that date, as set out in section 2.2. The customer is notified by email when the balance is earned and when it is activated.

5.3. Use. The available balance is used by entering the personal code in the cart, on a subsequent order placed with the email address the code was sent to, containing wine, whatever the number of bottles. The balance reduces only the value of the wine; it cannot be used for shipping, the SGR deposit or other products (e.g. gourmet food). If the balance exceeds the value of eligible wine in the order, the difference remains in the balance for a future order, within the period in section 2.2.

5.4. The BF26 code cannot be combined with other discount codes: an order can carry a single code.

5.5. The code and the balance are personal and tied to the holder's email address. The balance cannot be exchanged for cash and bears no interest.

5.6. On the invoice of the order where it is used, the balance appears as a price reduction.

6. Cancellations and returns

6.1. If an order that earned a balance is cancelled or returned (including by exercising the right of withdrawal), the balance it earned is withdrawn.

6.2. If the withdrawn balance had already been used, the difference is offset against balance earned later on the same code.

6.3. If an order on which balance was used is cancelled before delivery, the balance used is returned to the personal code, within the period in section 2.2.

7. Personal data

To run the Campaign, the Organiser processes the email address, order data and the balance associated with the personal code, on the basis of performing the contract, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Final provisions

8.1. The Organiser may amend these terms, informing participants in advance by publishing them on the site. Amendments do not affect balance already earned.

8.2. The Organiser may exclude from the Campaign orders placed fraudulently or in breach of the Terms and Conditions.

8.3. These terms are available free of charge, throughout the Campaign and until the balances expire, at gourmetdivino.com/en/legal/regulament-bf26.

8.4. Any disputes are settled amicably; failing that, by the competent courts of Romania. Consumers may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and use alternative dispute resolution (ADR/SAL) procedures, under Government Ordinance no. 38/2015. The European online dispute resolution platform (ODR/SOL) was closed on 20 July 2025, under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228.

In case of discrepancy between the Romanian and English versions, the Romanian version prevails.
